Returns and Exchange

Return' is defined as the action of giving back the Product.

If a product was defective,  damaged or hampered during  transportation or the wrong item was sent by Basant Kothi it must be notified by email within 24 hours of the delivery to customercare@basantkothi.com.  In the event Basant Kothi accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product to our warehouse within  one week, else Basant Kothi will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.

 

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

 

The courier cost for sending the product to our warehouse will be borne by the customers themselves. Basant Kothi will only bear the expenses of the courier after the repair/replacement of the merchandise.

 

Sale

 

Only regular priced (non-discounted) items of standard sizes may be returned/exchanged. Unfortunately, all sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be returned.

Shipping charges vary with the size and mode of consignment. 

Delivery Time

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 10-14 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
